Description

Terms of Service – Important Reminders for Scheduling Lessons:

Each time you schedule a lesson you will get
1. Confirmation Email
2. 24 hour reminder
3. 3 hours before
4. 1 hour before the lesson
Cancellation Policy
1. If you do not cancel your lesson by the start time this is considered a “no show” and unfortunately, you will skip that lesson as it’s our policy to pay our teachers once the lesson starts.
2. Teachers will wait in the lesson room for 15 minutes before the lesson is considered a “no show”.
3. Please give as much notice as possible to teachers when canceling lessons. Cancellations with short notice (less than 24 hours) are very inconvenient for both teachers and trainees.
